Spare Parts General Questions

We will ask for you for the following information:

ABN, Business Name, Address, Mobile number and Email. This is to assist us in shipping and warranties if required.

Yes. All payments will generate an invoice that will include freight (if required). Once we have your business details and stock is ready to dispatch, one of our accounting team will be in contact for payment. Goods will not be dispatched until payment is made.

We need your trailer's Vin number and Year of Manufacture so that we can identify the appropriate parts needed to fulfill your request.

If you are using the Spare Parts Enquiry form, please attach photos and any information you have there.

Once we have completed the quote and you place an order, we will place the order either with our manufacturing team or with our suppliers. Depending on their workload, supply and freight delays, we will always endeavor to deliver the parts you need as quickly as possible.
