BOARD ANNOUNCEMENT

The Board of Barker Trailers wishes to announce that after 40 years with the company, including 25 in leadership roles, Scott Barker has informed the Board that he would like to step back from day-to-day operational leadership of the business, while remaining actively involved in the business. The Board is fully supportive of Scott’s decision, and also that he take an alternate role within the business. That new role will be determined over the coming period.

 

As a result of this, the Board is pleased to announce that our CFO, Stuart Scanlin, will step in as Interim CEO, while the Board firms up its final position on a permanent appointment. The Board will actively work with Stuart and Scott to ensure a smooth transition. This will take effect from Monday 17th February 2025.

 

We thank Scott for his contributions and look forward to his continued involvement in this next chapter for Barker Trailers.
