Stuart Scanlin – CEO
At the helm of our organisation is Stuart, the CEO of Barker Trailers. With over 30 years of commercial and finance experience across various sectors, Stuart is a seasoned professional with expertise in strategic business planning, performance management, and financial control. His impressive background includes extensive work in FMCG, manufacturing, and service industries. Stuart’s leadership philosophy is rooted in integrity and collaboration. He is committed to fostering a culture of transparency and innovation. Under his guidance, the team is set to focus on sustainable growth and operational excellence, ensuring that every initiative aligns with the overall vision of the company.

Martin Merry – Plant Manager
With a keen eye on technology and innovation, Martin oversees production, safety, and facilities maintenance at Barker Trailers. His role is pivotal in integrating cutting-edge solutions that enhance operational efficiencies. Martin fosters collaboration between the Engineering and Production teams, ensuring that all departments work synergistically. His capability also extends to stepping in as Acting CEO when necessary, providing a seamless leadership presence.

Aaron Tindal – Sales and Operations Planning Manager
As the Sales and Operations Planning Manager, Aaron is responsible for all key customer-facing operations, including new trailer sales, repairs, spare parts, delivery, and warranty support. His approach centres around enhancing customer satisfaction by aligning these functions seamlessly. Aaron believes that strong relationships with customers are the cornerstone of success and is dedicated to working collaboratively to innovate and develop new solutions.

Rachel Mostacci – HR Manager
Rachel plays a pivotal role in overseeing staff welfare and company culture at Barker Trailers. With a strong background in operations and project management, she serves as a trusted advisor within the organisation. Rachel is committed to fostering collaboration and ensuring that all projects align with Barker Trailers’ organisational goals. Her focus on employee engagement and development is instrumental in creating a thriving workplace.

Kylie Gray – Financial Controller
Kylie joins the leadership team with a wealth of knowledge in financial and management accounting. As a Chartered Accountant, she is responsible for finance, payroll, insurance, and legal matters, reinforcing our organisation's financial health. Kylie specialises in cash flow forecasting and treasury management, while also mentoring team members to develop their skills. Her contributions are crucial for advancing Barker Trailers’ initiatives and achieving financial success.
